The current lease dollar value is to be renegotiated on the 11th of June and there is an option for the current owners to potentially support a 6-month rent-free period whilst the new owner gets settled into the new role! With 4x consulting rooms, a single bed treatment room, and a 4x bedded recovery room, there is a ceramic sink to allow for plaster-of-Paris should patients attend with a broken bone.

Ideally, an unrestricted VR GP couple could run this clinic well and are welcome to buy 100% of the business and fit out together with the plant and equipment. Alternatively, they might like to engage the current owners in a 5-10% share of the business to ensure that from a business perspective they get the benefits of the corporate ‘big brother’ being in their court!

With accreditation till March 2022, this practice is eligible to receive PIPS and WIPS. Should the buyer have accreditation as a trainer, then SIPS would also come into the clinic. Vendor finance is an option to expedite the settlement and then once the rush of the end of the financial year passes, then the new owner can repay the vendor as soon as they are able to get their bank loan approved. We are seeking $150K ONO for the assets that cost well over $420K to create. You couldn’t create a new practice for this price, let alone take on an existing patient base of 3,800 active patients!
