Skin Cancer Clinic has been established for 15 years and now the Doctor is considering retirement but is happy to work a minimum of one day a week (or two morning sessions).

This clinic would suit someone in their late thirties or early forties who has been in General Practice for a number of years and would like the opportunity to run their own profitable business.  There is also potential to run a two-doctor practice as the premises are configured for two doctors, and subletting is also a possibility.

Owner is wanting to transition gradually out of practice.  He would be happy to train and provide support if need be.
Essential to have a SCCA Diploma level or above or to have extensive skin cancer experience.

Established patient database with over 15,000 patients and busy patient load
Gross billings are approx. $2,500 per day, mainly private billing.  Bulk billing for pensioners and DVA card holders.

The clinic is located close to St George’s public and private hospitals in a health hub surrounded by health professionals and allied health providers.

Software used:  Best Practice.

The practice is open 4 days a week.
Closed Wednesday and the weekend.

Lease term:  To be negotiated.
Rental:  per week:  $1100 plus outgoings and GST.  Includes 2 car spaces.
