The Role
In the role of Clinical Leader, you will play a crucial part in our site management team, collaborating closely with staff, residents, and families, supported by our Clinical Care Manager and Site Operations Manager. Drawing upon your solid clinical expertise, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the provision of top-notch, personalized nursing care for our residents. Your active leadership will involve guiding and mentoring staff, ensuring that each team member is well-prepared and empowered to provide exceptional resident-focused care.
 
Essential Requirements

• Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
• A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification, including a current AHPRA registration
• A genuine passion for providing individualised clinical care to support ageing in place.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents and their families.

 
On Offer

• 8 week contract immediate start
• Up to $80 per hr plus Pentalty rates
• Travel reimbursement and Temporary accommodation available

• Guaranteed 38hr week Monday – Friday with shift flexibility
