Orthopaedic Consultant –Specialist/Senior Specialist

Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time
Total Remuneration up to $528,464 p.a.
The role supports elective and trauma orthopaedic services within a collaborative environment alongside a team of specialists, registrars, and junior medical staff. There are also opportunities to contribute to teaching, research, and service development.

Orthopaedic Department.
- 2,300 surgical procedures/year (65% emergency)
- 80+ weekly fracture clinic attendances
- 50+ new outpatient presentations/week
You will provide high-level specialist clinical care and contribute to service improvement, education, and research. This is a dynamic and diverse surgical environment offering rich clinical exposure and leadership opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold FRACS (Orthopaedics) or equivalent specialist qualification
- Be eligible for registration with AHPRA as a Specialist or Senior Medical Officer
- Demonstrate excellence in orthopaedic surgery, teaching, and teamwork
- Be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a regional setting
