Your Role:
Deliver expert paediatric care in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency settings.
Lead and mentor junior doctors, registrars, and students.
Engage in clinical audits, risk management, and quality improvement.
Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and community outreach.
Provide after-hours emergency paediatric services (on-call roster).
Involvement in research, education, and training programs.

Eligibility criteria:

• MBBS or equivalent with Specialist Registration (Paediatrics & Child Health) with AHPRA.
• Proven experience in general and emergency paediatrics.
• Strong clinical leadership and teamwork skills.
• Passion for quality improvement, patient safety, and rural healthcare.
• Experience in paediatric care within regional health networks.
• Strong clinical leadership skills, with a focus on multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Commitment to quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical governance.
• Teaching & mentoring experience for junior doctors, registrars, and students.
