• ASAP start for 12 weeks

• Adult and paediatric caseload

Locum Occupational Therapist required for a locum in North Queensland. I’ve had great feedback from other locums. You will join a great team of allied health clinicians, including other Occupational Therapists. The caseload will cover:

• Adults and paediatrics
• NDIS
• Clinic based appointments and home visits (car provided)
• Paediatric conditions (ASD, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, down syndrome, etc)
• Adult conditions (stroke, ABI, amputation, musculoskeletal conditions, etc)
• Home visits and equipment prescription and home modifications
• You will work with a mix of cultural backgrounds, age groups, and demographics
• Outreach trips to surrounding communities

 
12 week locum, ideally to start in the next 4 weeks.

FREE accommodation, a private room in a share house. There may or may not be other occupants depending on timing. A car is also provided for local use. Return flights reimbursed.

Ideally, you will have experience across:

• NDIS Paediatrics; and
• CHSP / HCP /Older Adults
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience working ordering products through: Medical Aid Subsidy Scheme & Geat 2 Go
• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people preferred but not essential
