The building has two entries, stairs, and an elevator. Whilst The Fountain is a dynamic and vibrant building with cafes and eateries downstairs, the second entry is discreet and allows patients to enter and exit the building with privacy. There is also a kitchen and car park across the street for your convenience.

There is an opportunity for referrals, with the room being suited for independent practitioners who are supportive of integrative health practices.

Currently one light-filled room with built-in storage/cupboards is available for use seven days a week. The room is perfectly suited for speech pathologists, with the last speech pathology business successfully in use for 18 months.

Rate:
Full day $120 plus GST.
Weekly $550 plus GST.
