Room would suit a Dermatologist,  Naturopath or Dietician. These services would complement our business and may be beneficial to you and your business.

Room includes, beautiful cabinetry, nook desk and sink. Can be fully furnished with Bed & chair if needed. Fully lockable room. Hard floors.

We have a beautiful wait room and reception which you would be able to utilise as a shared space for your clients to wait to be seen.

Room is available as at a weekly rate of $630 + GST Available for use 7 days a week

Half day rate (4 hrs) $80 + GST

Full day rate (8 hrs)  $150 + GST

Price inclusive of electricity and general waste, additional fee if you require medical waste removal included.

Long and Short Term available.

If you would like to utilise our clinic receptionist for administrative services e.g Processing payments for you, rebooking please contact us for pricing. There is space at our reception if you would like to have your own receptionist setup. There will be an additional fee to utilise this space.

This is a large, modern clinic, single floor, no stairs,  bathroom in the clinic, disabled access, easy and accessible free street parking directly out front. We are located just off Oxford Street.
