Direct Debit
When you settled your loan you may have supplied Medfin with a Direct Debit Authority which details the account for repayments to be paid from.
How do I change the account that my loan repayments are paid from?
If you would like to change the account details, simply contact us.
- Complete this form to make a request Account Service Request
- Call Medfin Customer Support on 1300 728 718 (available during standard NSW business days, 8:30 – 5:30 EST ) or
- Email us at Medfin Customer Support
We may need to authenticate you for security purposes.
We will provide you with a Direct Debit Amendment form for completion.
You can nominate any Australian bank transactional account that supports direct debits providing that account:
- has a BSB and account number; and
- is in the same name of at least one of the borrowers on the loan.
How do I cancel the direct debit?
The easiest thing to do is to call us with the relevant details.
Have the following details ready:
- your contract number details
- your full account name
Important things to know about cancelling direct debits
- Cancelling your direct debit does not cancel your loan contract.
- If you still have a valid loan contract and you’ve cancelled a direct debit, you’ll need to make alternate payment arrangements.
