Ria joined Medfin back in 2015 where this allowed her to obtain a wealth of financial services knowledge, an understanding of the healthcare industry and Medfin’s role in it.

She managed to build on her career and with the help of Medfin being part of the NAB group, this gave her an opportunity to work in the NAB Business Bank sector before returning to Medfin in 2021.

Her wealth of knowledge from various roles across Medfin Finance and NAB allowed her to understand what really matters, and that’s our customers.

Ria says “The best thing about working at Medfin is helping clients achieve their goals and watching their businesses grow. Whether that be purchasing their first commercial property, assisting with their fit-out, purchasing an existing practice, or a new piece of equipment or car.”

One of her greatest personal achievements is completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) at Murdoch University whilst working full time.

Outside of work, Ria is an avid reader and can often be found in her home library. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on nature walks, and collecting succulents.
