Newly refurbished dental surgery rooms available for RENT in BMA House, Macquarie Street, Sydney. Operating adjacent to a referral-based implant/restorative practice. The rooms are available on a daily basis at a rate of $700 per weekday or $550 on Saturdays. The rent includes all hardware such as Sirona M1 chairs (maintained by our chair technician), sterilising equipment, x-ray machine, and all utilities such as internet, water and electricity etc. Both surgeries have dual compressors and dual suction motors in case of a breakdown, and we service and maintain the autoclave. In addition, the rooms include access to a reception area, kitchenette and office area. Does not include staff or supplies.
